ASC: What is your name and where are you from?
AB: My name is Popof Alexandru Florentin, and I’m from Romania.
ASC: What age did you start to take Rap-beats serious?
AB: At the age 17.
ASC: Who gave you the name “AxlBeatz ”
AB: Well..my friends call me Axel,and from that I made AxLBeatz.
ASC: What challenges do you face being a beat maker artist?
AB: The biggest challenge being a beat maker is competing with others beats makers from the billboard , who are more experienced.
ASC: Do you have a mainstream artist that you look up too
AB: Heck yea ! Gucci mane and Waka Flocka will kill my beats.
ASC: How do you feel about today’s Rap/Hip-Hop scene ?
AB: Everybody say that hip hop it’s dead..but if ya still listen today hip hop it ain’t dead bruh.there are lot’s of artists who give us good hip hop music.Today’s hip hop it’s a more evolved hip hop.
ASC: Are you currently working on any new material?
AB: Yes. Every month i release 2 beats.
ASC: Do you remember your first performance? How was that experience?
AB: Yea it was crazy.When I heard that someone killed my beat that was a unic experience.
ASC: Do you have any upcoming events?
AB: No.
ASC: Where do you see yourself a year from now?
AB: I don’t know. I’m Hoping that I will more recognize.
ASC: What makes you different from other beats makers in your eyes?
AB: I have multiple styles.Everyone have at least one.I have more.
ASC: What do you want to accomplish in 2011?
AB: More collaborations.. maybe a contract or something.
